  • triple head independant...

    Hello,

Haig just mentioned in a thread that under unix/linux there is a workaround to get triplehead independant monitors with Parhelia...

Could any tell me what I need to get it (kernel, which drivers, ...) and how to configure it ?

    Thanks!

This was actually posted here, quite a while back.... Check here for my XF86Config that works (at least on my config).

Yes, I found some references to it, but not quite the changes required in the XF86Config (nor which from which kernels up it works)...

I've personally tested it from kernel 2.4.22-2.4.24, haven't had any problems with it. Of course you have to re-compile the mtx.o module each time you change kernels.
