      I prefer to choose ReiserFS (journaled and fast file system). Most distro's use EXT3 as their default filesystem.

        I use ext3 for my boot partition, Reiser for my other partitions and XFS on my video storage partition.

          Only have one partition, since Im a total linux newbie, but I used reiser now (which was default in the setup)

            I'm using Reiser, but I'd like to move to JFS.
