Recommendations for Linux Hardware x64 PCI-E?

I was looking at Athlon 64 coupled with Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 nF4 S939 PCIe for a specific purpose, and I was wondering if anyone here knew how well this mobo played with linux, specifically Gentoo.

NV stuff is usualy pretty good, but nforce 4 is quite new

the nforcers forum might help
