1-I have nothing plugged into eth1, but I want it to maintain a certain IP address regardless. It has to stay persistent through reboots, etc.
2-I want to make some routes persistent. I have created a file in my init.d folder that I linked to startup to enable ip forwarding. Can I just add the route commands in there, or is there a place it "belongs"?
