Managed to sell off my Kyro at a resonable price, now I'm a real Matroxuser again
Of course this also means that I have to play TacOps in 800x600x16 ...

There there CHHAS. Don't feel bad, at one stage I had an ATi Rage IIC as my only video card, after having owned a G200. It is a painful memory. As soon as I could afford it I bought a G400SH, which was replaced by a Vanilla in short order. Vanilla will stay in my machine until next Matrox card comes out when I shall sell it for an inflated price to help defray the cost of that card

I'm really not complaining much, 800x600x16 is very playable, and at least I can enjoy the vibrant colours

Still, it won't be long before another card will occupy my AGP slot and the G400 will have to migrate to the secondary system.
