New ATI Radeon Driver 9031

Looks like it enabled my Radeon LE to have T&L enabled by default in Direct3D (no more need for tweaker - unless you want to overclock your video card ). Radeon 7200 owners should benefit as well.

They are also "Official" drivers, so just hop over to ATI and download them for your operating system.
