This is how I got my full version of MSP5 last summer (you can download the free upgrade to 5.2 from Ulead). Check out the software section of the auctions at www.egghead.com -- as of right now (7:40am PT) only one person has put in a bid! There are 10 available. The starting bid is $39.

They only ship to US and Canada.
