Overclocking to increase bandwidth

Read an article about overclocking rr to up its bandwidth past its 3 mb/s limit. It required Media Studio for the tweaked captures. I use premier and would like to that 704*480 30 fps setting. It comes in at around 3.94 mb/sec. Low compression. I want the highest quality with lowest artifacts.
