NTSC to Marvel G200 w/ TV tuner?

I really need an answer for this problem a.s.a.p.

I have Marvel G200 and European (PAL) TV Tuner. Ok, now I moved to NYC, US and I'm trying to get the TV tuner to find American channels - they wont find. I bought F -> PAL plug converter so the American tv cable fits to TV tuner, but I can't get any channels showing (should be appx. 100 channels here and on my TV they all appear nicely).

Of course I set up the PCVCR for NTSC... So, what is the problem? Few times I've seen crappy picture in some channels, but nothing that you could consider as even poor picture..

The G200 tv tuner is split into 3 territories
USA EUROPE and UK
if you have a Pal (uk) Tv tuner and youve moved to the states, its not gonna work im afraid, sorry different types of formats and all that.

the good news is the tv decoding hardware is in the B.O.B. so all you need is a NTSC (American) Bob , but i dont know of their price or availability im afaid.

Or you could go for a G400 Marvel, there lots of fun :O)

F**k! In Matrox homepages they say for TV Tuner :

NTSC / PAL / SECAM input and NTSC & PAL output...

Anyway, the Marvel should work, at least I know few friends who have European Marvel and they say it should also rip NTSC stream.

And as I know, they don't sell US BOBs at all, they should be included in u.s... Damn, I gotta buy a PAL/NTSC VCR to get it working...
