How to deinterlace vidclips?

Is there a program to deinterlace videos?
Mediastudio Pro VE doesent seem to suport it!
Any help would be apresiated!

I can recommend VirtualDub program.

It is a useful utility for many video transformations. You may have stability problems with it, but when it works, it can do a lot of useful things.
