Sun's Crack on French VT 1.51.

By trying Sun's Macrovision crack utility (VT151CR) on the French version of VT 1.51 I got the error message that Vcap16.dll was of a wrong size! Searching the whole disk gave only one file with version 1.0 US (72.400 bytes)! Removing that 'old' file from Windows\System and reinstalling VT 1.51 resulted in a new copy of version 1.0!? Is this a 'bug' in the VT 1.51 French version? Are there more than this file which is not up to date? How to get the latest version? Thanks in advance for anticipated help.

1) Can someone be nice enough to send or post the version 1.51 of vcap16.dll?
2) Does nobody really know the reason why vcap16.dll stayed in version 1.0 in the French version of VT 1.51??
