Help! jerky pic in blue spotlight

I use G200 & RRG with PD v5.25 with 1.51 VDO Tools it work OK. When I capture concert from DVD everything look OK but when I convert it to Mpeg . I have problem that almost everything look ok . Only blue light it show block instead of normal picture . I use Panasonic Encoder encoder Plugins from AVI to Mpeg with Adobe Premiere 5.1a.
Can someone help me ?
