Matrox G400-TV Video Capture Problem

I recently got a Matrox Marvel G400-TV and i hooked it up to my Sega Dreamcast for Capture and I set to 352x240 30fps full quality, but when its recording i see its working out ok except for the resoultion. The window is in 352x240 but the picture inside is not taking up all the room inside of the window, thus not truly being 352x240. It's not stretched inside to fit the entire window, i see a black border around it. Does anyone know how to fix this? or could it be just becuase im recording off my dreamcast?
