Navigating in MURC

I have been having a lot of trouble navigating around this site. My browser either hangs or just cant seem to connect with the site. Especially when I review the latest on a topic and then hit the "back" button on my browser (Netscape Communicator 4.61, after a long wait, I get an error that says the server must be down or is not responding and the "previously cached" version will be used. Have I got something ill-configured on my broswer or is there a trick to navigating around in here?

I run into the occaisional can't find message but 98% of the time it's straight to the page.

I use NS 4.51 and occasionally get problems. I'm pretty sure that it's my ISPs routers that are to blame rather than NS tho
