G400 Marvel - Audio Out Problem

With DualHead enabled the video appears on my TV just fine. However, the audio is very poor when I play a DVD or the TV tuner. The audio is fine on the pc but I have to turn the TV volumn way up to hear it and it has a hissing noise. Also, WHen I play an mpg or and AVI on the PC the video is fine on the TV but I get no sound at all.. I am pretty new at this, perhaps I something setup incorrectly?

Someone in the matrox NG helped me with this one... I bypass the BOB and send the sound directly from the soundcard out to the vcr in... works great now
