matrox DOS TVOUT problem PL HELP

whatare the advantages of DOS TV-OUTPUT.
if installed how to uninstall IT withour affecting other matrox drivers

is anyone getting OUT OF RANGE sign while system boot with DOS TV OUT

when i added this CARD in anothey sytem where the HARDDRVE was new..even then when the system boots IAM GETTING the sam OUT OF SIGNAL sign
ANY reason..this sytem is ATHLON with ASUS MB
