DVD Genie and G200 TV With H/W DVD, Any reason?

This question is also posted over on the Matrox Hardware forum, but I can't get any takers.

Will DVD Genie tweak the Matrox Hardware DVD Decoder/Zoran interface? I don't care about region change--(I've got a BIOS flash backup for that problem ) But I would like to know if DVD Genie will let me do any other Tweaking with the stupid little Zoran player that came with my hardware DVD Card.

In short, no. DVD Genie does nothing for the G200 Matrox/Zoran 2.523_5.02 - about the same amount Matrox has done for it.
DVD Genie appears only to look after the crappy G400 player.
