Setup probs - Marvel G400TV

Well, after my Marvel G400 working fairly good at school, i'm now having problems getting a picture at home. I'm trying to use the same setup as school (RCA composites from VCR-out --> BOB IN) but I get a black screen with the TV tuner. The VCR is on, and in VCR mode... I am using a different VCR, but I don't know what's wrong. Probably something simple... any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you punch the TV/VCR button on the remote?

Also if you might want to go into the VCR's setups and see if you have some "features" that control the output ports.

yeah, I did hit the TV/VCR button.... about extra controls for the output ports, I have yet to find anything... I'll keep looking.... thanks for the reply tho.

Problem SOLVED! Well, I feel kinda stupid, but I guess it's not entirely my fault. The Radio shack cables that I got didn't fit very snug into the BOB, but after taking it to Radio Shack, about to buy new cables, the guy that worked there just forced the cables in somehow and now everything works.
