Loose "KeepLastFrame=1"
I tried the "KeepLastFrame=1" under Hardware in the ulead32.ini file. It didn't do anything.
I put a semicolon " : " in front of the "HwCodec..." line and now the scrubbing does great, within 2 or 3 seconds. I think it disables this line, I'm not sure, but it worked for me.
I found that suggestion in some old print outs from this site.
