How can i use a vide that comes in trough the vide in ( line in) to the matrox RR, and then putting a title ( ex a logo) over, then directly out to the vide/tv trough line ou ( video Out). I s this possible without any extra hardware. Please help me.

I don't think that's a feature of the Matrox cards. (Isn't that called genlock?)
