Capture Problem With The G-400 DH & RR/G-Serie!!

Hello

I have a problem with the Matrox G400 DH 32Mb & Rainbow Runner for the G-serie
The problem is when i capture video with the MPEG Codec from Matrox afther a few
Minutes the video turned to Black & White Or i get verry large Pixels and look Like SHIT.
So as you can see i,m not happy with the G400 DH 32MB & Rainbow Runner/G-serie
So i have brod it back to the shop and get my money back.
And afther that i went to another shop and purchase a G-400 DH 32 MB & Rainbow Runner/G-serie
But Still got the same problem???????????

And wen i Capture video With the MPEG4 Codec it Oke (Look info Below)
And wen i Ripped some DVD's it go's oke as well.
But simple Capture a AVI file With Matrox PC-VCR is inposible!!!!!!!

How can help me fix this!!!!
