AVI_IO captures macrovision protected clips!

While trying to cut the black lines from a movie i discovered that the vidtools dident want to capture from the movie i used as a test subjekt but AVI_IO did!
The movie IS macrovision protected!
i checked that the hard way: two vcr's!
