Which OS ?
I've learned many things on this forum. For example that sustained datarate to the HD is essential for a decent video capture, and that Win95 is doing that better than Win98. And I remember someone presented a software to truncate Win98 back to what an OS should be (recovering from the poor performance), but I can't find that link any more. Would there remain any advantages over Win95 ?
As I'm almost ready to plug my new video edit PC together, my question is: What OS to use? Win95 or Win98 ? I currently have Win95a, but that does not support USB so I need a new one anyhow. All inputs welcome !
