Exporting asf from premiere 5.1c does not show my edits?

When my movie is edited up and ready to export, I can only get the export asf option when I click on the video1 in the timeline so it pops up in the source window. When it is done exporting it dose not have any of my edits or transitions, just my origional whole imported file. I used to do this befor I redid my system and my exported asf's would be perfect with all my edits. What the heck am I doing wrong?
