Widescreen problems with DualHead G400

When I play widescreen DVD movies with on my Sony widescreen TV (PAL) I always get a 2-3 inches black frame surrounding the movie. I have the 16:9 option selected in the PowerDesk. Does anyone know what's wrong??

you have dvdmax enabled right...
course you do
ummm try playing about with the croppning settings. and also try maximising the dvd window on your monitor. strange i know but it makes a slight difference in the aspect ratio for me
