    Apparently, the Marvel (and the RR-G, I suspect) can't work as a video source for the Windows .asf live media encoder. When opening the capture, vcap16 insists on saying that the frame rate must be somewhere between 1 and 25 for PAL format. The encoder asks specifically for 15. Now, I am not 100% sure about this (the uncertainty principle, you know), but have a strong feeling that 15 indeed lies between 1 and 25.
    Is this a known issue, and is there a trick to solve the problem?

    I am watching the TV and it's worthless.
    If I switch it on it is even worse.

    Choose custom setting in the media encoder and click next live source then next and so on. When you reached the windows media encoder options click the advanced button at the video source, change the framerate to 25,
