Hi Chris,

did you install the VT into the default directory that the installer gave you ?

Normally this should solve the "no-button" problem.

My remote control has no buttons

I just tried to install a new version of the Matrox Video Tools 1.52 (Win98/English).

When I tried to run it my remote control had no buttons on it. I tried different version of the device drivers (5.15, 5.21,5.30, 5.41 and 5.50 beta 2) and different version of Video Tools (1.21, 1.51, 1.52) all are the English versions. I have tried lots of variations of driver/tool versions and every time I get no buttons. I do an Uninstall (with matrox's util) every time between atempts.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any solutions or recomendations

No, I installed it in a different location.
I will install it in the default location and let you know what happens

I reinstalled it in the default location and suddenly I have buttons :-)
