G400 tv and Premiere crashes

When I add a standard transisiton between two Matrox G400 TV produced clips on Premiere 5.1, it crashes with an error idicating a problem with preminfo.dll.
I have narrowed the problem down to the two audio channels overlaping. If I produce the same transistion clip with the audio not overlapping, there is no problem. Has anyone else suffered the same ??

Yes, I had similar problems, sometimes with audio being the problem and occasionally the video (bad/dropped frames) If it proves to be a problem, i'd try re-capturing whatever you were editing (if possible). It solved my problem.
