Marvel G400 and Aopen AX63Pro

I was just about to go with this setup when I read a few topics in this BB.

Can anyone reassure me this is a good idea ?

Mark, I've had no major problems with the Marvel G400 and Ax63pro combination so far apart from the green lines syndrome which seems to afflict a wide variety of people with many different systems. I can capture perfectly happily at full PAL resolution and AVI_IO takes care of any lip sync problems.
