MPEG movies flicker green

I'm using a Marvel G400-Tv card in my computer. I hadn't really used MPEG movies before I got the marvel but now its seems any MPEG movie that plays has green flickers right through the top two thirds of my screen. This is even on the ones given on the Windows 95 CD

1) Is this because of the Marvel?
2) Is ther any way to fix this?
