  • Audio sync with VirtuaDub

I have the same problem with MPEG4 ver3 capture using the YUY2 hack. Except my audio really lags. I tried all kinds of different compression for audio and bit rates. If you or anyone knows it would be appreciated, this is a very powerful looking, freeware program that I would like to use. The options are overwhelming. The help file is little weak for the advanced options though.

    Audio sync with VirtuaDub

My audio always drifts ahead. I am capturing non mjpeg into Divx mpeg4 codec, at 15 fps. Non YUY2 as I have a RRS. Lock to audio stream, compensate for 0.015% system clock bias(win95 98), adjust video clock to dynamically match audio clock, are some of the settings I've played with with no noticable change. Would any of the setting under audio interleave help?
