Hello,
I have a VHS tape which I need to capture a clip for a presentation. I play the tape with the VCR and input it to the BOB on the Marvel G400 to be captured. The problem is that the tape plays fine on TV, but when I display it to the computer through the Marvel G400, the video becomes very unstable, with lines flashing every so often. Now, I'm not sure whether this is a form of macrovision, as I can actually capture the clip even without Sun's macrovision crack, the problem is that when I capture it, it drops approximately 30% of the frames. I rememebered capturing the same tape before with the G200 and there was no problem at all. Any advice on this problem? Thanks.
