File dates on 1.52 vid tools

After suffering some system problems recently I ran scandisk and selected the check file dates option. All of the files extracted from the new 1.52 vid tools download together with those installed by the vid tools and placed in the windows system folder were reporting created / last modified dates of 2028. Has anyone else noticed this on their system!? All my other files were fine and the 1.51 vid tools reported 1999 dates.

I called it as Y2K bug. but I'm not sure it is a bug.
