RT2000, SBlive & BH6 motherboard

I've just purchased a RT2000 and can not get it to work with my soundblaster live. I keep getting conficting IRQ's

Has anyone found a way of getting this setup to co-exist ?

Any help would be much appreciated

Abit boards are not the best when it comes to IRQ's. What cards have you got in which slots?

Could you post the procedure you followed in installing the RT2K set.

I have the RT2000 in pci slot 1
the SBLive in slot 4.

I also emailed Matrox Last night. This morning I have an email informing me that it is more likely a driver issue with the Soundblaster Live. They recommend Livewire 3.0 drivers.

So ill give that a crack and see how I go.

I just had the same prob as you, but managed to do without downloading the LiveWare 3.0 update. Read my newly posted msg in the thread "RT2000 sharing same IRQ as my SBLive... "

I have found a sollution to the problem.
It was the drivers for the Sound Blaster
version 3.0 fixed my problem.
