Well, I have a friend that runs a Video game store. He likes to make videos of new games and imports to show customers. The previous owner did this too, and he used a Genlock with an Amiga computer to overlay the store logo and the game title on his tapes. This gave the tapes a more "professional look" that the current store owner wants.
Now, I know this can easily be done with the Marvel if you capture the video and use Avid Cinema/Premiere/whatever to add titles. But what I'm wondering is there's any way to put graphics and text over live video with the Marvel, particularly through the straight Video Out? I'm positive the hardware is capable of doing this, but I don't know of any software that gives those types of options. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
