Correct tv frequencies for the rr-g

My tuner seems to hunt in vain when I change channels. A user here suggested typing in the correct channel frequencies in the pctv program. He even made a utility to do this. Alas, I have no idea where to obtain the aformentioned frequencies. I am in Quebec, Canada and my cable company is videotron. I get most us tv channels, so maybe the frequencies are the same?

North American units don't normally suffer from tuning problems (unlike some of the European countries).

You should contact Matrox Technical Support for advice, since it sounds as if you might have a defective tuner.
