G400, WinNT and VideoWave III

I'm trying to get the following working:

WinNT 4.0 sp4
VideoWaveIII
Matrox G400-TV

I can't seem to capture in VWIII. I see my video image in VRC/Remote so I know the hardware is working. But when I try to capture in VWIII I get snow. I think it's using the TV input, I'm using the S-Video. So, I click the settings button in VWIII and VW crashes. It go to an hour glass and never comes back.

VideoWave tech support said that VT 152 does not work with their product, but Matrox says 152 is the first version that work in NT.

Does anyone know if these 3 products can work together. And if so, what version of display drivers and vt are you using.

As far as I have seen, it is not fully supported. in NT 4.0 . Install 98se as a dual boot setup and run VideowaveIII in 98se and capture in this mode.
