Denoising filters for virtualdub

I hope that you all will excuse my shameless self-promotion, but I have just released beta versions of two free denoising filters for virtualdub on my webpage, and if any of you who do multimedia processing in virtualdub have the time, please give them a try and if possible give me feedback as to how well or how badly they work. (they are doubtlessly still buggy and slow)
One filter is a modified 3x3 average which only averages pixels within a certain threshold thereby reducing noise, but not blending away sharp edges.
The other is a severely modified temporal smoother which reduces random noise while preserving motion by either keeping pixels with low motion static or blending them together.

No problems at all with "shameless" self-promotion when it's for the common good.

Have you any ideas how easy/relevant it would be to adapt such filters to Ulead MSVE or Adobe Premiere ? Yes, I realise that I am probably being totally naive and over-demanding here, but........

I haven't investigated the possiblity of porting the filters over yet, though if I ever pick up a copy of MSP6 I could see myself writing a filter for it. (Currently I only own MSP5 VE from my RRG) However, with the upcoming enchanced frameserver support in Virtualdub, you can output straight into MPEG from Virtualdub, which may negate the neccesity of writing filters for other platforms. That all said, the code will be GPLed, so if I don't get around to porting it, someone else can.
