It works very nicely for me (I am using winxp beta2)
the leaked vt also work with the new drivers.
      (except for the MJPEG )

i'm in the process of moving so it may be a couple days before i can install win2k and try the new drivers out.

i read the re announced rebate announcement and i'm so offended by matrox's statement that "these products were clearly sold as only supporting Windows 98 and Windows 95"

that is so untrue. i'd love to know where their ads say this.

it's disappointing to see Haig make such a ridiculous statement.

          MJPEG WORKS !!!!

Actualy, I just noticed, MJPEG is STILL listed in AVI_IO.
no record button or capture settings in PCVCR
          no YUY2.
          but MJPEG capture WORKS !!!
but I still cant playback any MJPEG video
          hmm?

I booted up win98 and played the video back.
it was fine, and it didn even have that "border" problem

hardware based MJPEG works from AVI_IO?

i wasn't even able to get it to work with AVI_IO under windows 98.

I think that if you install the picvideo codecs in win2k, you should have no problem playing it back.

              I cant.
well, I can, but I cant go to the settings to register it or change settings. when I click on the properties box, I get an error message saying it cant open it.
is there some way I can set these manually, maybe via the registry

Wow, new drivers ! Already X-mas ? Seems so, good wishes to all of you.

Can´t wait to check out these !

Ey, what´s that problem with hard-mjpeg under avi-io?
Works good for me. I hope you guys adjust it under "format" and not under "compression" and switch to "overlay" when capturing, everything else ends up in crap.

Wonder if they will sort out the 450eTV/PAL TV out jerky playback problem now! Any one know what the time scale is for these??
