  • Is Matrox planning to upgrade the RRunner for the G400?

    Hi,

I am looking at purchasing a Rainbow Runner and don't want to get caught just before the intro of a new product cycle. I have a G400 max, and does anyone know if Matrox has plans for RR400...or is the RRg200 the only way to got for the foreseeable future....or will they drop the whole RR line here at the 200?

    thanks

There is no RRG200, you mean the Rainbow Runner G-Series for the G100, G200 and G400, and perhaps some future G-cards. They will drop it at some point, like they are doing it now with the older Rainbow Runner Studio.

A word of warning. A G400+RRG marriage is not always a happy one. I get more corrupted avis than good ones. Some ppl has this problem, Some don't. Go figure..
