On the DTVW news page, there is a solace from Haig at Matrox, which introduces rebates for W2K users unhappy that driver support for MJPEG was dropped.

It includes the $250 rebate:
Ulead MediaStudio Pro 6.0-> -US $250.00-> US $495.00

I wonder if this is still valid :-)
Would be sweet...
