AVI - MPG - jittery?
Hi folks,
okay, following your advice, I used noise filters (when compressing AVI to MPG with Panasonic MPG encoder, set to strongest). This improved the picture quality very nicely. However, the picture jitters a bit, it's noticable when sitting close to the screen and full screen.. Anyone know why? Is it because the captured AVI is 30fps and the compressed NTSC MPG is 29.97 ? Is this "motion" jitter that someone mentioned before? How can I correct this?
