problems G400max + RR G series

Hello to all, I have connected the Rainbow Runner G series to my G400max but I indeed have a bad quality of acquisition with the lost half of the frames. I have resolved the problem with the matrox tweak utility, lowering to 0 the clock tweak. Previously with my Millennium G200, I did not have some problem of this type.
You know the reason of this defect?

what are your system specs; it may be that your system is inadequate for capturing at the frame size of ??

Thanks for the answer. Task is not this the problem. I do not succeed to make to work the G400max with RRG well it is with P3 600, 128mb, asus P3V4X, HD Quantum 7200rpm, is with P3 800, 256mb, asus cusl2, HD IBM 7200rpm. While instead coupled with the Millennium G200, it goes very well it is on these 2 computers, it is on P2 266, 128mb, Asus P2B, HD IBM 54000rpm. As I have said before, I succeed in farla going on G400 max, only reducing to 0 the speed of clock of the card the video through the Matrox Tweak utility.
I've bad quality, at all resolution.
