TV Tuner Software for RRG OTHER than Video Tools?

Reading the news that Matrox doesn't have any plans to release the Video Tools for Win2k, is there an alternative software that would work under win2k?

Matrox has clearly stated that the VT for W2K will be released when they are ready.

Meant to say that it looks like Matrox won't release the Win2k Vid Tools anytime soon. So is there a software package I could use in the meantime? Other than using the WinNT 4 drivers and Vid Tools?
