  • Need help viewing corrupt AVI file

I hope the video gurus in this forum can help me. I captured video using a screen capture program called camtasia, and it crashed when I went to save the avi. The temp avi was in the directory, but there's no way for me to fix or extract the frames of the avi using any of the apps I've found on various sites, and nothing I have will play it. I have a smaller example file for anyone who would be kind enough to examine it.

    Thanks in advance!

Which codec did you use for capturing (if you know the codecs FourCC code, that would be even better)

Don't have time do d/l your file. Have you tried loading into VirtualDub? Normally works for me when I have "bad" AVI.

Yup, I tried virtualdub, nandub, avifix, everything I could find. Nothing from all of the video related sites I've searched and searched seems to work.
