I can't install Videotools 2.04 under W2K

Hi
Please help me! Installation finish without any message, after win2k reports "Configuring Windows Installer" ( It even completes). Below Win 98 pass installation VT 2.04 without problems (I have multiboot W98/W2k in the same partition.) I have had PowerDesk 5.39 obviously installed.
Help me, please, I don't know advice myself.

I beg your pardon, I forgot to write, that I have Matrox G200 +Rainbow Runner G Series.
