Playstation Ripping...

I hooked up my Sony PlayStation1 to my G450etv.
Sound came in good, picture came in good, except!

The entire screen would shake up and down ever so slightly.
It pissed me off.

Why is this happening?
What can I do to stop it?

Why is a 1 minute rip for me like 100mbs!!

What the hell are we doing in the middle of the desert?

Pretty much nothing. I a m pretty sure that the PS is only using 15fps or something weird with the interlacing. It may just be half resolution..not sure, but it does suck.
