G450 eTV frame size

Hi there,

I read that the G450 eTV supports up to 702x480 maximum frame size. What will I have to do when I plan to encode to DVD compatible format, which is 720x576 for PAL ?

Really no way to create DVD framesize compatible videos when capturing from the G450eTV ?

I suppose you can capture at 704x576 for PAL, and if you want to create compatible DVD format, I guess you either have to add a 16 pixel black borders to the sides of the video stream, or resize it to 720x576 (depending on what's the most correct solution according to the DVD standards regarding aspect ratio and such :-)

Well, won't resizing the frame size result in a major loss of quality and also in a "stretching" of the original picture ?
