Recently when encoding with the Panasonic MPEG encoder I tried encoding a large AVI, and during the encoding process it came up with a window saying "Video Data Rate too small or VBV Buffer Size" I don't understand what that means.. So anyway, I looked at advanced settings and VBV buffer size was in there, but grey'd out.. So I increased the kbits/s to 2400 and it wasnt grey'd out anymore.. so i put up the buffer to 200.. it encoded the entire file.. only problem is the output came out as 700 megs :P for 15 minutes. So what can I do? I never knew there was a limit to how small your datarate could be?
