Movie frame rate conversion

Hi All,

I need to convert a movie clip from 20 fps. to 25 fps. VirtualDub will put the audio part out of sync. Is there some other sofware I can use.

Other software at hand:
VideoStudio 5
Media Studio Pro 6
Premiere 5.5

Ever try MotionPerfect by DynaPel? It does a wonderful job of creating smooth video when you up the frame rate (or slow the video down). One drawback though is the LONG rendering that's necessary (at the highest quality setting).
